Kendall Lane Housing Society

Established in 1993 as an enriched housing project, Kendall Lane Housing Society provides residential and support services for individuals with physical challenges. Kendall Lane Housing Society is managed by Victoria Park Guest House Inc and is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Our clients currently range in age from 40 - 60, and have various care requirements associated with brain damage, multiple sclerosis, stroke, muscular dystrophy and spina bifida.

Promoting Independance

  • All clients are encouraged to participate in community and vocational activities suitable to their interests and abilities
  • Some of the clients participate in community employment opportunities with New Boundaries

Resident Involvement

The Sunshine Group: Resident Council involved in decision making, activity planning, and raising funds for group activities.

Accessible Technology

Kendall Lane Housing Society and Computer Literacy on The Move have partnered to bring accessible, current technology to our residents and provide in-house computer training on an ongoing basis. This state-of-the-art technology allows our residents to access information and the community through the internet, as well as providing a valulable job skill which our residents would not otherwise have access to.
